**Responsibilities**
- **Coordinate Recreational Programs**:Plan, Organize, Implement and Track a variety of recreational programs and events for building Residents, including fitness classes, social gatherings, seasonal activities and wellness programs.
- **Facility Management**:Oversee the day-to-day operations of recreational amenities(e.g., gym, pool, cinema, barbeques). Ensure facilities are clean, safe and properly maintained, coordinating with maintenance staff as needed.
- **Scheduling and Reservations**:Maintain and update booking systems for condominium amenities. ensure proper scheduling of space and resources to avoid conflicts or over booking.
- **Safety and Compliance**:ensure all recreational areas and activities meet safety standards and regulatory requirements by Health Ontario including accurate reporting and logging. Address any incident or issue related to facilities or programs promptly and efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- **First Aid and CPR Certification**:

- **Experience with Pool Maintenance**: Previous experience working with pool cleaning, maintenance and chemical balancing is an asset and essential to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the Facility. Basic understanding of general facility maintenance and troubleshooting, including knowledge of equipment upkeep and handling minor repairs is a bonus.
- **Customer Service Skills**:Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills with a strong ability to interact professionally with residents and other staff members. prior experience in a supervisory role/management position is an asset.
- **Computer Skills**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Booking software or facility management systems is a plus.
- **Detail Oriented**:Ability to keep track of Schedules, Reservations and inventory while ensuring the upkeep and organization of recreation facilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
