Now, we’re looking for a **Field Marketing Manager** who can help us share that story, inspire a small team, and connect with homeowners across **Vancouver, the North Shore, and the Tri-Cities**.

**Start Date: 2nd Week of October**

Too many jobs leave you stuck, unchallenged, or without a path forward. This one is different.
- You’ll start with **1-on-1 training from our current Field Marketing Manager** so you’re fully equipped to succeed.
- You’ll begin in a **door-to-door role until November**, learning firsthand how to connect with people and create new opportunities.
- Then, you’ll step into leadership—guiding a **small team of canvassers**while building referral partnerships and expanding our community presence.

**What You’ll Do**
- Knock on doors, connect with homeowners, and introduce them to a trusted local brand and book appointments for painting estimates.
- Build partnerships with realtors, property managers, and local businesses. (Work from home part-time)
- Support, train, and inspire a small marketing team.
- Spread positive energy while creating opportunities for both yourself and the company.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Sales experience is required** (field marketing, canvassing, direct sales, or similar).
- You’re confident, outgoing, and thrive on connecting with people.
- You’re _organized, self-driven, and ready to lead others_.
- Most importantly—you bring energy, positivity, and a results-focused mindset.

**Pay & Hours**
- **Base Pay**: $24/hour
- **Typical Earnings with Commissions & Bonuses**: $30-$50/hour
- **Weekly Hours**: 20-25 hours with some flexibility; Monday-Thursday afternoon/evenings (11am/4pm-8pm) & Saturday/Sunday afternoon
- **Your Earnings Are in Your Hands**: Through persistence, positivity, and a desire to keep improving your skills, you control how far you go.
