Trouw Nutrition is looking for a **Customer Service Representative**to join our team in **St. Marys, ON**. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Customer Service, able to participate in the sales development and the smooth running of the location. We count on your keen experience to work closely with logistics and manufacturing, ensuring timely order placement, adhering to scheduling requirements, and constantly delivering a high standard of service. You will also focus on building and nurturing customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deal with customers' questions, requests and concerns regarding different animal feeds.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- _ Accept and process incoming orders, answer questions, solve problems _
- _ Answer and manage incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency._
- _ Participate in process improvements_

**Skills and Expertise**

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail experience focused on excellent customer service.
- Customer management and strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

**Expectation from the Role**:

- Work directly with our clients. The client base may include a variety of customers, from independent clients as distributors to individual farmers, and customers covered by a key account.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal); quick to learn, highly coachable, and operates with integrity and an ownership mindset; team-oriented with a continuous improvement focus, respectful, and able to positively influence others.
- ** Mandatory work on one half-day Saturday per month.**:
