Job Title: Accounting Specialist, Logistics

Great Worldwide Logistics is dedicated to ocean freight for decades, so we have steady and increasing volume of ocean import and export shipments annually.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Collect and review day-to-day AP reimbursement and AR. Monitor the payment process ensuring appropriate approval authority
- Issue invoices and maintain healthy relationship with vendors, agents, CNEE for payment schedule
- Prepares monthly balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other financial reports required by the management
- Full cycle accounting including but not limited to payroll, costing, general ledger, bank reconciliations in a daily basis. Perform accounting close and reporting process, assuring that month-end close tasks and supporting schedules are completed on the assigned due dates
- Validation of the data in the operating system, top ensure reconciliation to the general ledger
- Documentation of standard operating procedures and training of colleagues to ensure consistency throughout the organization
- Revision and mapping of internal processes, making recommendations for process improvements

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, financial management is preferred
- At least two years of related experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Chinese communication ability preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and effective problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as part of a team

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year (negotiable upon on personal experience)
