**What will your typical day look like? There may be no ‘typical days’ in this role, but there will never be dull moment as you**:

- Assesses leadership capabilities and developmental needs
- Coach formal and emerging leaders to optimize leadership style and impact, foster inclusion through seeking diverse perspectives, and continuously build a highly engaged and productive workforce
- Research leadership and applied behavioural science best practices, and continually incorporate new learning, insights, and frameworks into the GRH Leadership development approach
- Consistently model the way to think deeper and slower when coaching others to adopt mindsets and practices that are aligned with the principles of a learning culture, climates of fair accountability and belonging, and continuous improvement
- Design and facilitates group coaching for teams across the organization to set priorities, advance working relationships, enhance inclusion and intrapersonal de-escalation skills, implement and sustain change, and develop collaborative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Utilizes complex adaptive consulting approaches to develop strategies which foster growth mind-sets within a learning organization
- Communicate effectively, listen actively, and work collaboratively with others to co-create solutions that are responsive and respectful of diverse stakeholder needs and perspectives

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Master’s degree in Leadership, Organizational Psychology, Adult Education or a related discipline OR a Bachelor’s degree in the Behavioural Sciences and 10 years of progressive work experience in these fields in lieu of a graduate degree
- Extensive experience in leadership coaching
- Hand-on working knowledge of personality or working-styles assessments
- LEADS certification preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in leadership development and group facilitation - both virtual and in-person
- Lived experience with strategy deployment, cultural transformation, project management, and change leadership
- Strong problem-solving and analytic skills
- Excellent influencing and relationship management skills, capable of balancing and integrating multiple perspectives
- Demonstrated ability to help people build insights that lead to new habits and behaviours
- Proven emotional intelligence and agility
- Thinks systemically and understands how to leverage opportunities while also appreciating how organizational issues and challenges impact adoption of new concepts and practices
- You are an agile, resilient, adaptive problem-solver who sees challenges as opportunities
