- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work conditions.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to comply with safety regulations and company policies.
