**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer’s shopping experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while adhering to company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service with a warm and helpful attitude
- Assist customers in selecting products and understanding features
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions
- Maintain store presentation and restock inventory
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing duties

**Skills**
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in technology sales, is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products effectively.
- Experience with and knowledge of the brands we carry as a valuable asset.
