Part-Time Sales & Outreach Associate (10 hours/week) - Windsor, ON

About Us

Kshipra AI is a Windsor-based startup transforming eco-friendly grocery and take-out bags into a new local advertising channel. Through our BagBuddy app, shoppers scan QR codes on eco-bags, watch short offers, earn points, and redeem rewards with partner stores creating a smarter way for local businesses to reach real customers.

We're preparing for our Windsor pilot and are looking for a proactive, people-friendly Sales & Outreach Associate to help us grow partnerships with independent grocery stores, restaurants, and local brands.

Role Overview

We're seeking a motivated part-time team member (10 hours/week) to conduct field visits, meet store owners, gather surveys, introduce the BagBuddy program, and support outreach activities across Windsor-Essex.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Visit independent grocery stores, restaurants, and local businesses to introduce BagBuddy

  • Conduct in-person surveys and gather on-boarding information

  • Build relationships with store owners, staff, and brand representatives

  • Explain how our Eco-bags and QR-based rewards system works (training provided)

  • Help identify potential pilot partners and new leads in the Windsor area

  • Update progress in Notion/Slack and report weekly activities

  • Support outreach campaigns, events, and field research initiatives

Requirements

  • Valid driver's licence and access to transportation (field visits required)

  • Good knowledge of Windsor & surrounding areas

  • Strong communication & people skills

  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable speaking with store owners

  • Prior sales, outreach, or customer-facing experience (retail, service, or community-based roles count)

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Available for ~10 hours/week (flexible scheduling)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in surveys, field research, or local community programs

  • Interest in marketing, sales, sustainability, or start-up environments

  • Tech-friendly (comfortable using phone apps, QR scanning, Notion, Slack)
