**What You Will Do**:

- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and perform routine maintenance
- Complete tasks such as grading, digging, lifting, and hauling as directed
- Follow blueprints, maps, or verbal instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Assist with material handling and general labor when needed
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Document equipment usage and maintenance logs

**What You Will Bring**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant experience)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating construction equipment
- Proficiency with skid steers, rough terrain forklifts, and zoom booms
- Valid Canadian driver’s license
- Relevant certifications (Telehandler, Counterbalance, Forklift, Skid Steer) or equivalent work experience
- Solid understanding of construction site safety practices
- Strong physical stamina and basic mechanical aptitude
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
