Job opening description:
Opening is for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator, who also holds a minimum class 3a license. This is an immediate full time position starting this spring with opportunity for full time year round employment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Class 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
- Driver’s Abstract
- Eligible to work in Canada (no restrictions)
- Experience operating equipment (i.e. CTL's, Excavators, Loaders).
- Willing to work OT (10+hrs)

Nice to have:

- Open availability (including nights and weekends)
- Light mechanic/maintenance experience

Duties include:

- Operating heavy equipment, including skid steer CTL, front end loader, grader, forestry mulcher, etc.
- Daily pre-trip inspections
- Routine equipment maintenance (greasing equipment, cleaning filters, etc.)
- Documenting and logging job sites
- Loading / unloading equipment
- Some manual labor (on site setup, general shop duties)
- Steady full time hours (8-12 Hours daily)
- Overtime after 50 hours/week

About Terrace Property Maintenance:
We are a fast-growing company that provides commercial property maintenance, grading, excavation and hauling services. We believe in serving our clients with an unmatched level of customer service through communication and quality.

Terrace Property Maintenance is now just over seven years old and growing rapidly having served over 3000 clients to date. The steady growth of new clientele paired with our maintenance contracts has led to the need for additional staff. We are looking to onboard people who will work collaboratively with our team to accomplish a common goal.
