**Overview**
Our company, an apparel importer, is expanding and requires the right person to join their team and contribute to the on-going success of their operation.

Under the direction of the VP Logistics, we are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Logistics and Warehousing coordinator.

**Duties**
- Update and track all receiving and shipping of mdse.
- Inventory management
- Coordinate and communicate with warehouse teams (order correction, preparation of referrals as well as internal transfers and those to the customer),
- Coordinate and communicate with the logistics team,
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve total satisfaction, OTIF delivery of customer orders.
- Routing of customer orders,
- Familiarize themselves with the requirements of accounts for smooth processing of orders.
- Review customer deductions and work with the team to resolve.
- Deal with complaints, propose appropriate solutions and alternatives within a reasonable timeframe; follow up to ensure resolution,
- Execute any other administrative related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience of logistics, warehousing, and customer service.
- Customer service oriented. Dealing with large USA retailers an asset.
- Experience working with multiple 3PL.
- Experience with EDI transactions.
- Energetic, hard-working, great attitude, sense of urgency, team player.
- Strong communication, planning and organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well with high volumes and deadlines.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office. Knowledge of Momentis ERP system an asset.
- Knowledge of Retail Link.
- Knowledge of import / export (asset)
- Bilingual oral and written in French and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
