If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, we want you Executive Aviation is looking for part time Catering Leads for our Hamilton team at the Hamilton International Airport (YHM). This person will be the main point of contact for everything catering specific. You will be the "go-to" person in addressing challenges that could be brought to attention from airlines and management. You will be responsible for maintaining our strong relationships and reputation with our airline partners and the airport authority. We are looking for a dynamic problem solver, progressive thinker, and someone who as the proven ability to create efficiencies in the operation. **What do we offer?** Executive Aviation is proud to have very progressive wage ranges with lots of earning potential. We want to see you grow and reach your goals The sky's the limit with Executive Aviation. **Responsibilities** - Organize catering space, supplies and truck - Track inventory and order as needed - Organize stock orders and delivery times - Liaison with CBSA as needed for International flights - Communicate with airlines/airport/management and contractors as needed - Upload/offload catering from aircraft - Track any updated procedures and train out to the team - Completing catering schedules - Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** - Personal flexibility to work shift work which includes early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and/or holidays - Personable and professional - Must be 18 years of age - Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident - Self-motivated and can work will meeting deadlines - Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather - Ability to operate a forklift truck - An ability to meet all conditions of employment: - Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada - A criminal background check - Hold a valid driver's license with a clear drivers abstract WL8YbPsQHB
