Screen Printing Department Assistant

**Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in our screen printing department.

In this role, you will ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies into our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to order production materials, coordinate the receiving process, including inspecting incoming shipments, verifying quantities, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for supply chain management.

**Duties**:

- Evaluate work orders and create purchase orders via Quickbooks for garments to be screen printed
- Contact various suppliers to place orders of Garments
- Update job tracking information and monitor shipping status of garments
- Receive shipments and verify correct garments, qty and accuracy of orders
- Assist in screen printing department with cleaning screens, heat pressing garments, prepping heat press material, quality control and packaging of screen printed jobs.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in receiving coordination or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using purchasing software such as Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
