We are looking for a nurse to join our team as a full time/part time Clinical Nursing Supervisor for Classic LifeCare’s Vancouver branch. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clinical supervision. You will be part of a collaborative team of dedicated, passionate professionals supporting the delivery of home care services.

**The role**:

- Employee and client engagement.
- Orientation, training and mentoring of employees.
- Influencing and engaging in home care delivery systems.
- Collaborating on assessments and implementation of person-centred care plans

**The check list**:

- Current LPN registration with the BCCNM with up to date First Aid & CPR.
- Wound care experiences an asset but not required
- Completion or education in a recognized foot care course an asset but not required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Be able to work effectively with a focus on efficiency and productivity
- Must have a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Must be willing to drive within Metro Vancouver area including Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, Vancouver, and Richmond.
- People and community focused; and
- Ability to contribute to the development of services at Classic based on your own unique strengths and interests
- Availability between 20-40 hours per week; days and time are flexible
