Are you a driven, ambitious law graduate looking to gain hands-on experience and launch your legal career? Goldengate Lawyers invites you to join us as an **Articling Student** starting **November 1, 2025**, at our Mississauga office.

Goldengate Lawyers is a dynamic, full-service firm specializing in corporate law, commercial real estate, personal injury, and related legal areas. As part of our team, you will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of legal work, receive mentorship from seasoned practitioners, and build the foundation for a successful legal practice.

**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct in-depth legal research, analysis, and case law review
- Draft legal documents, memos, pleadings, contracts, and correspondence
- Assist with file management, due diligence, and client communications
- Support lawyers in court preparation, hearings, and negotiations
- Attend meetings, liaise with external counsel, and assist in transactional matters
- Perform administrative and organizational tasks related to client files
- Observe and learn from senior lawyers, work with paralegals, and participate in firm initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**

**Must-Have Qualifications**
- Law degree JD or LL.B) from an accredited institution
- Qualified (or soon to be qualified) to act as a student-at-law in Ontario by November 1, 2025
- Exceptional legal writing, drafting, and editing skills
- Strong legal research ability and analytical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Enthusiasm to learn and a genuine interest in multiple areas of law

**Assets / Preferred**
- Previous experience as a summer student, intern, or law clerk
- Exposure to corporate, real estate, or litigation matters
- Familiarity with legal databases (e.g. Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Experience working in a fast-paced law office environment
