**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **Manufacturing Floor Manager** to join our team and lead production activities on the floor. Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, you will coordinate day-to-day activities, supervise technical staff, and support product delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with the supply chain and project management teams to ensure builds are completed on time and to standard.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assign daily tasks for new builds and repairs based on production priorities
- Supervise and coach technical assembly staff
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality and safety standards
- Provide performance feedback and support training initiatives
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and enforce safety compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate production timelines and priorities
- Conduct performance evaluations and assist in hiring new assembly staff
- Monitor equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance

**Requirements and skills**:

- 2+ years of experience supervising in a technical manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with computer systems and production reporting
- Commitment to team success and continuous improvement

**Assets**:

- Familiarity with ISO, Lean Manufacturing, and MIL-STD/IEC standards
- Hands-on technical experience (electronics, hardware, software, motors, etc.)

**SALARY RANGE**: $75,000 to $95,000
