**Automotive Parts Associate, Mississauga**

**Job Summary**
- Platinum Auto Parts_ is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Associate that is ready to join their team. This new Associate will support multiple accounts and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is great opportunity to gain extensive automotive knowledge and small business experience.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Greeting and assisting customers by entering new orders and checking order status for regular accounts and retail customers
- Working with suppliers to coordinate order status including delivery timing and returns
- Organizing and replenishing stock orders
- Gaining and retaining product knowledge
- Answering customer phone calls and taking orders over the phone

**Qualifications**
- Professional manner and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in teams is a must
- **_Prior automotive experience is required _**
- Full time Monday to Friday, Saturday until 1 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- parts knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
