**Job Title**: Maintenance Manager
**Location**: [20 Alden Rd and 5900 14th Avenue facilities ]

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure all manufacturing equipment, machinery, and tools are maintained, calibrated, and functioning at optimal levels.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage, train, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to achieve department goals and maintain safety standards.
- **Troubleshooting and Repairs**: Coordinate and conduct timely troubleshooting and repairs for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems within the production environment.
- **Facility Management**: Oversee the maintenance of the facility, including HVAC systems, lighting, and other infrastructure to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Work closely with external contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs, equipment procurement, and maintenance services.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory standards and participate in audits as required.
- **Budget Management**: Plan and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting costs and controlling expenses.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and overall maintenance processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Red seal industrial Electrician License
- Proven experience (5+ years) in industrial maintenance management, ideally within a transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements in an industrial setting.

**Working Conditions**:
This position requires hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. Occasional lifting, standing, and exposure to loud noise and machinery may be necessary.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- Industrial maintenance: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Electrician Licence (preferred)
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) (preferred)
- Millwright (preferred)
