If you’re passionate about working with seniors and making a meaningful impact through engaging activities, we’d love to hear from you **Key Responsibilities**: - ** Facilitate engaging recreation programs** for residents, promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being. - ** Assist with seasonal events and special outings**, creating memorable experiences for residents. - ** Document participation and maintain accurate records**, ensuring residents' progress is tracked effectively. - ** Prepare and post program notices and calendars**, keeping residents and families informed. - Provide **therapeutic one-on-one visits** under the guidance of the Director of Recreation Therapy. - Report residents' progress to the Director, ensuring timely documentation into clinical records. - ** Supervise and support volunteers**, ensuring smooth program delivery. - Work collaboratively with our **interdisciplinary team**, fostering a positive and supportive environment. - Take on **cross-functional duties** as needed, including assisting with feeding. **Why Join Us**: At The Brenda Strafford Foundation, we are more than a workplace—we are a united team.
