**Overview**

Preferably have a class 3 or class 1 liscense.

Must be fluent in English.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and techniques
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment, machinery, and tools
- Use hand tools and power tools for various tasks including fencing, building, and repairs
- Conduct general farm upkeep such as cleaning, organizing supplies, and managing waste
- Support with heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or harvested produce as needed
- Follow safety protocols during all farm activities to ensure a safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery and equipment operation is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the day
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Comfortable operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong work ethic with reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods

Pay: $20.00-$28.99 per hour
