**TITLE OF POSITION: Front Desk Supervisor**

**REPORTING TO: Reservations Manager / Controller**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Assist in training, supervision and scheduling of all administrative staff
- Ensure that administrative staff are fully aware of, and delivering, the standards of customer service in accordance with corporate values
- Tee Sheet management including set up, continuous tracking for accuracy and ensuring modifications are reflected
- Daily reconciliation of all tills, tee sheets to ensure previous days operations were done according to company standards.
- Tracking of all program entries including though not limited to, tournaments, camps & various promotions.
- Serve as Coordinator for Stay & Play and Corporate or Client Groups in absence of Reservations Manager / Stay & Play Coordinator.
- Ensure all incoming communications are addressed in a timely and accurate manner
- General administrative work

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly, adept at problem solving
- Articulate, with a good command of the English language. Ability to converse in other languages an asset
- Advanced computer skills (including Word, Excel and Outlook) - comfortable working with multiple systems
- Ability to effectively deal with customers while exercising high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, able to remain calm under pressure, flexible
- Enthusiastic and friendly
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

**Education/Experience Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service environment

Minimum 1 years experience in an administrative role

University/College education preferred

Golf knowledge is preferred

**Other Requirements**:
Position involves weekday/ weekend/ holiday work

**Compensation**:
Remuneration based on experience

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
