The Food & Beverage (Front of House) Supervisor at Granite Golf Club is someone who wants to be part of an amazing team and build a culture we are proud of. **Day-to-day duties**:

- Works closely with Clubhouse Manager for the execution of daily service and all events.
- Uses P.O.S. system effectively. Responsible for proper end of shift reporting.
- Keeps up to date on and enforces all club policies stated in Granite Golf Club Employee and Member Handbook.
- Acts as Duty Manager and secures building/property at the end of shift.
- Builds and maintains professional relationships with suppliers, members, and clients.
- Ensures bar is stocked and ready, hands-on serving, bartending, and drink service as required.
- Monitors cleanliness of the Clubhouse (including dining areas, washrooms, locker rooms, work areas) before, during and after shifts.
- Assist Clubhouse Manager with monthly inventory, including regular invoicing.

Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience serving in a restaurant (not fast food)
- Previous club experience considered an asset
- Rich customer service background
- Effective computer skills
- Some college or university education
- Minimum of 1 year experience supervising or managing a team
- Smart Serve required

**Schedule**: Rotating, day, evening, weekends, holidays.
