**Job Title**: Sign Distributor, Contract Position

**You must have a gas-efficient vehicle, a clean, current driver's license, and proof of insurance.**

**Job Overview**: As a Sign Distributor, your primary responsibility will be to strategically place signs in designated areas to generate leads for our clients. Your performance will be evaluated based on the effectiveness of the sign placements in driving client leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sign Placement**:Place signs at least 2-4 inches deep. You may need to pre-make holes using a spike and hammer.
- Distribute signs with care and strategic thinking, treating them as if they were your own. Place a maximum of two signs per intersection, spreading them out over various streets and finding high-traffic areas as well as locations where signs will last longer.
- **Lead Generation Focus**:Understand the client’s business and identify locations that will maximize lead generation and sales.
- Approach the job with a mindset focused on quality and effectiveness rather than just completion.
- **Job Commitment**:Complete all assigned jobs as per the contract and within the specified deadlines. Consistency and reliability are crucial.
- **Compliance**:Adhere to guidelines regarding sign placement. Avoid placing signs on highways (with exceptions), parks, or near cemeteries.
- **Communication**:Maintain regular communication with the Production Manager. Address any concerns or questions promptly to ensure smooth job execution.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
- Basic tools for sign placement (e.g., hammer, spike).
- A vehicle that is fuel-efficient for traveling to various locations.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with the Production Manager.

**Time Frame**:

- Placement of 10 signs per hour: approximately 10-12 hours for 100 signs, including sign assembly time.
