Call Taker

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for taking calls from customers and entering them into the system to be dispatched. We are looking for someone who takes pride in an exceptional level of customer service and enjoys a fast-paced lively office with a high level of team pride.

**The Position**:

- As a Call Taker, your responsibilities would include:_
- Entering orders into the system for dispatch

**Qualifications/Skills needed to succeed**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Efficient communication skills, and a great attention to detail
- Thrives in fast paced environments with live-dispatch setting
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of order entry programs
- Working knowledge of multi-line telephones
- A strong work ethic with interest in career growth

**Experience in the industry will be considered an asset.**

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Order Entry: 1 year (preferred)
