If you excel at managing roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, we want you to be part of our family At Eileen Roofing, you’re more than an employee - you’re a key player in our continued success. **Why You'll Love Working with Eileen Roofing**: - **Competitive Salary**: We offer a competitive salary commensurate with your experience and expertise. - **Comprehensive Benefits**: Includes Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance to support you and your family. - **Secure Your Future**: Benefit from our RRSP Match program. - **Additional Pay Potential**: Overtime pay is available. - **Stable, Permanent Employment**: This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term career opportunities. - **Supportive "Family" Culture**: Join a respectful, collaborative, and close-knit team where your contributions are truly valued. - **Impactful Leadership Role**: Take charge of significant roofing projects and see them through to successful completion. - **Reputation for Excellence**: Be proud to represent one of the most respected roofing companies in the GTA. **Your Key Responsibilities as a Roofing Project Manager**: **Project Planning & Estimating**: - Understand project scope, prepare detailed takeoffs, and develop accurate estimates for diverse roofing systems (residential and commercial). - Attend pre-tender site meetings and thoroughly review specifications, drawings, and contracts. - Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations. **Project Execution & Management**: - Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay on track. - Write up clear and concise work orders; prepare material order sheets and coordinate procurement. - Schedule and deploy roofing crews, providing clear direction and details for project execution. - Conduct regular site visits and attend construction meetings throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure foreman and crews adhere strictly to project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. **Stakeholder & Client Management**: - Serve as the primary liaison with building owners, consultants, general contractors, and suppliers. - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with current clients to ensure full satisfaction and identify further opportunities. - Communicate effectively with clients and consultants throughout the project, providing updates and addressing concerns. **Documentation & Reporting**: - Prepare site condition reports as needed. - Submit all required project documentation, shop drawings, and product data sheets. - Manage and submit RFIs and Change Orders as required. **Business Development**: - Actively develop new client relationships and identify new business opportunities to achieve company targets. - Generate leads for new projects through various sectors. **What You Bring to the Team**: - Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in the roofing industry. - Minimum of 1 year of direct experience as a Roofing Project Manager or leading roofing projects/crews. **Skills & Qualifications**: - In-depth knowledge and practical experience with various types of roofing systems (residential and commercial). - Proven ability to accurately read, interpret, and work with blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings. - Strong proficiency in estimating all different roofing systems. - Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and other relevant software (e.g., project management or estimating software). - Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with all stakeholders. - Ability to attend and professionally represent Eileen Roofing at site meetings. - Required Language: English. **Licence/Certification**: - Valid Working at Heights Certificate. - WHMIS Certification. **Work Environment & Schedule**: - **Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent. - **Schedule**: Primarily day shift, Monday to Friday. - Flexibility for overtime and weekend work is required as needed to meet project deadlines and client needs. - **Work Location**: In person (Toronto, ON office and various project sites). **About Eileen Roofing Inc.**: Operating since 1996, Eileen Roofing Inc. is a family-owned business that provides several roofing services for residential and commercial projects.
