Part-time Receptionist

Vickar Mitsubishi is recruiting a part-time Receptionist who will be responsible for a wide range of administrative services for dealership staff and act as front-line contact for customers and facility guests.

**MUST BE AVAILABLE**: Mon & Tue evenings 4pm-9pm and Saturdays 9am-6pm; with potential for weekday shifts.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Promote a positive environment through exemplary first impression, conduct and attitude.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate departments and staff.
- Ensure the reception/work area is always neat, clean, and free of open confidential information.
- Distribute mail and coordinate all courier pickups.
- Various other administrative and customer service duties as required by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- High degree of resourcefulness to resolve issues independently.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task during periods of high workload.
