**Responsibilities**:
**CNC Machine Operation (Approximately 70% of time)**:
- Load blank cast wheels into the **HAAS VF-3YT CNC machine**.
- Set tools and verify correct machining parameters.
- Run programs to **drill bolt patterns (PCD)**, **machine backpads (offsets)**, and **open center bores** on wheels.
- Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Remove completed wheels from the machine and repackage them.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure proper machine operation.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure precision and consistency.
**Automotive Shop Duties (Approximately 30% of time)**:
- Remove and install tires and wheels on various vehicles.
- Balance wheels using Hunter Roadforce Balancer.
- Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, or improper installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience operating **HAAS or comparable CNC machines** (VF-3YT preferred).
- Proficiency in **G-code programming** and machining processes.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Prior experience in wheel machining or a related field is an asset.
- Zero experience needed for automotive shop duties
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
- Occasional weekends (as needed)

We now stock blank wheels and will be drilling them in house to offer fast turnarounds to our customers.
