Junior Purchasing Coordinator

**Do you have what we’re looking for?**
- Solid work experience in purchasing, ideally in a similar industry.
- Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with good instinct for negotiation.

**Challenges awaiting you**:

- Ensure that inventory in stock is sufficient to meet customer needs.
- Purchase products in accordance with agreements while making the right choice for the business centre, depending on the situation; manage returns to suppliers.
- Keep supplier and/or product information up to date to ensure data integrity within our systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assess the need for new products or product categories and update the system as necessary.
- Maintain excellent communications and follow up consistently with suppliers.
- Participate in preparing the inventory; analyze and correct discrepancies promptly. Manage stock write-downs to minimize their financial impact on the business centre.
- Keep your technical knowledge of product lines up to date in order to respond to customer requests.
