**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their to-go orders, ensuring all requests are accurately captured.
- Take phone orders with professionalism and clarity, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Communicate menu options, specials, and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Process transactions efficiently using the POS system while maintaining accuracy in order entry.
- Prepare orders for pick-up, ensuring that all items are packaged correctly and presented attractively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests or dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in guest services or customer service, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
