**Minimum Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid G class driver’s license.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Concrete construction industry
- Speak, read, and write English
- Use of personal mobile device for communication, time and project tracking.
- Ability to work on call 24/7 during winter months (If you would like full time)
- Ability to finish Broom, Exposed Agg, and Stamped flat and horizontal finishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure safety, quality and productivity of work at sites and/or shop/yard
- Lead the execution of construction projects, planning requirements for labor, equipment and materials to ensure completion of project(s) on time, on budget and on scope.
- Provide training to new team members
- Communicate effectively with clients, team and project managers alike
- Maintain the policies for dress code and safety with the team to build a professional culture and environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 60 per week
