The Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Laval (QC)
Permanent and Full-time position
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating, implementing and managing marketing activities designed to generate
product awareness and brand identity that will drive business opportunities and sales for the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
Management of Internal and External Communications & Marketing Campaigns:
Creates and coordinates the delivery of high-quality marketing content across various communication platforms
(brochures, presentations, blogs, flyers, videos, educational webinars, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, press
releases, web content, newsletters, advertising, and sales tools).
Ensures consistency of messaging across platforms and channels.
Participates in the integral organization of all company events.
Plans and delivers various external communications to our partners, customers and industry, designed to have a positive
impact on external brand image.
Supports internal communications activities, including sharing marketing activities and project successes with employees
and channel partners.
Works with internal teams and external service providers to ensure on-time delivery of projects and campaigns
Master of the CRM (ZOHO): creates workflows and cadences for different campaigns, ensures that it is being leveraged.
Coordination of Digital Activities:
Manages and updates company website content and coordinates calendar for social media platforms.
Analyzes performance using analytics tools and implements strategies to improve digital performance and drive new
opportunities.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong writing, communication, presentation and editing skills.
Proven ability to manage projects from conception to end and meet deadlines.
Very well organized, with the ability to multi-task and think out of the box.
Excellent rigor, attention to detail and great ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet
deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop (Adobe Suite).
Knowledge of the IT Industry is a definite asset.
Fluent in English and French, spoken and written.
Experience and Training:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
3 years experience in marketing & communications.
Experience in the implementation and execution of brand strategy.
Experience in the implementation and execution of web and social media strategies.
