Vancouver, Canada Remarcable, Inc. Full time

Join Remarcable as a** Product Manager, SaaS**and help shape the future of construction technology

At **Remarcable**, we’re building the operating system for contractors and distributors—solving pain points that have plagued the construction industry for decades. With proven product-market fit and a rapidly scaling business, we’re looking for a **Product Manager** who’s excited to drive impact end-to-end: from strategy and discovery to launch and adoption.

This is not a “just keep the roadmap moving” type of role. You’ll be a builder and problem-solver, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that truly matter.

If you thrive at the intersection of tech, customers, and business strategy—and you want your work to make a visible difference in an underserved, multi-billion-dollar market—this role is for you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Own the product lifecycle—from idea to launch to iteration.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives to ensure steady delivery and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ship market-ready, customer-focused solutions.
- Translate customer insights and data into a clear, executable product roadmap.
- Bring technical fluency to engineering discussions, understanding trade-offs and opportunities.
- Define and track KPIs that measure product success, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate across the company with clarity—distilling complex problems into actionable direction.

**Who You Are**:

- 3+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background.
- Customer-obsessed, data-informed, and comfortable making trade-offs in fast-moving environments.
- A clear communicator—able to translate technical complexity into simple, actionable insights.
- Experienced in agile product development and comfortable leading cross-functional teams.
- Someone who thrives in a startup—adaptable, resourceful, and motivated by impact.

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Experience with accounting or financial systems.
- Exposure to ERP integrations or SaaS marketplaces.
- Hands-on work with AI adoption in product workflows.

**Why Join Remarcable?**:
We’re a Series A SaaS company backed by Insight Partners, scaling fast with a mission to transform construction operations. Our platform has already processed billions in material purchases, and we’re just getting started.

At Remarcable, you’ll:

- Own meaningful work—your features will directly impact contractors across North America.
- Be part of a small, high-ownership team where your ideas move fast.
- Work in a mission-driven company tackling inefficiency in one of the world’s largest industries.
- Grow with us as we scale into AI innovation, ERP integrations, and beyond.

**Our Mission**:
To advance technology adoption in the construction industry by delivering efficiency, visibility, and communication at scale.
