We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring consistency, efficiency, and growth within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to work with diverse communities, and a commitment to creating an inclusive workplace.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize day-to-day operations of the company
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and address operational challenges and bottlenecks
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and inclusion

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Morning shift

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wolfville, NS B4P 2R6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wolfville, NS B4P 2R6
