STACK was opened in 2012 in Toronto and took pride in making handcrafted in-house smoked food. We pride ourselves in creating a culture that reflects the management's philosophies on positivity, exceeding our guests' expectations, work-life balance and making cutting-edge comfort foods.
We have opened our second location in Oakville as of Dec 8th, 2021, It is a beautiful 190 seat operation with a patio. Our J&R Oyler pit smokes our meats all day long.
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
**WHAT TO EXPECT**
For this job, you will be working five days a week with breaks. You will receive a meal, weekly tip out and pay bi-weekly. The restaurant has an incredible team of culinary professionals that love getting their hands dirty and covered in sauce.
Expect to come home every night smelling like a campfire and BBQ.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Being Punctual and respectful.
- Maintain a clean working station.
- Setting up or closing the line.
- Handling the pressure of the dinner rush.
- Ensure consistent product quality.
- Following systems and procedures as directed by our executive chef and head chef.
- Culinary schooling is preferred, but an understanding for executing high-quality food is required.
- A passion for working with culinary professionals and handling high-quality fresh food.
- Great speed and being physically able, you may be required to carry heavy logs.
- Great hygiene, showering, clean clothes, and knowledge of proper hand-washing are required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
