Customer Service Associate / Cashier

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Process Canada Post & OLG transactions as per regulations and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Able to learn and follow procedures as per Canada Post and Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation regulations

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the checkout counter.

As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your excellent time management skills will allow you to handle multiple tasks efficiently, while your strong organizational skills will ensure that the checkout area is clean and well-maintained.
