Position: Site Lead

**About the Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Give Direction**: Provide clear instructions and guidance to the team on daily tasks and project goals.
- **Leadership Skills**: Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire your team.
- **Manage Staff Communication**:Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the team.
- **Initiative & Decision Making**: Display a proactive approach and make informed decisions to address challenges and meet project objectives.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently allocate resources and manage schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- **Hour Tracking**: Keep accurate records of hours worked by yourself and your team.
- **Expense Tracking**: Monitor and report project-related expenses.
- **Communication with Office Staff**: Collaborate effectively with our office team to ensure smooth project operations.
- **Physical Labour**:Lead the team in all physical labour aspects according to project specifications, ensuring industry standards for installing irrigation components.

**Qualifications**:

- CIT Level 1 certification (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional time management and decision-making abilities
- Track record of successful project management
- Knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $49,920.00-$58,240.00 per year
