Main Duties:

- Receipting and reconciliation of daily cash
- Account Receivables
- Code, total, batch, enter, verify and reconcile transactions
- Petty cash
- Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems
- Creating journal entries and posting entries
- Data entry into Microsoft Excel
- Reception support during vacation and absences

- Highly motivated individual to complete tasks before deadlines.

**Experience**:

- Working knowledge of basic accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or an accounting diploma.
- Automotive background is an asset but not required.
