Assistant SPA Manager

**Job Summary**:
As the assistant Spa Manager you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all front line responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Serve clients by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Check in customers as they arrive for their scheduled appointments.
- Schedule clients
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered at the spa.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
- Possess ability to work without direct supervision.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
- **Position requirements**:
- High School diploma
- Reception certificate/ diploma is an asset
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Professional appearance
- Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.
- Must be a team player.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 - 43 per week
