**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Accounting, the Term Accounting Supervisor is responsible for:

- Review of monthly report and reconciliation files to ensure accuracy and adherence to controls and accounting standards;
- Working closely with employees on a daily basis to resolve issues and questions;
- Day to day supervision and management of employees in working group;
- Corresponding directly with the property management and accounting management teams;
- Review of annual final operating cost reconciliations and budgets;
- Preparation of consolidated analytical workbooks on a monthly and quarterly basis.

**Your technical qualifications**:

- Accounting Diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Enrollment in a recognized professional accounting program (e.g. CPA), preferred.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- Property Accounting and Yardi experience are considered assets.
- Outstanding people management skills including communication, team building, and coaching.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
