**About Make Space Storage - Who are we?**

Our Port Coquitlam is a multi-level climate-controlled facility. This site offers traditional self-storage and portable storage and has a Penske rental fleet.

**Job Description - Who we are looking for to join the team**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and build positive customer service with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Routinely inspect the entire facility for cleanliness, security breaches and maintenance requirements.
- Follow up with clients and direct them to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Dispatched and worked with logistics partners to move containers for clients.
- Be creative in supporting customers with their storage and moving solutions.
- Taking payment from clients and helping with onsite access.
- Moving in and out schedules for storage units, cleaning and maintaining units between clients.
- Looking for ways to engage with the community to promote and grow business.
- Perform other duties as required by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient with computers and systems, MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new systems, tech-savvy considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding Customer Service, able to build rapport with business partners and clients.
- Problem Solving abilities, looks for solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and take the initiative.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work requirements.
- Stays motivated and works well independently.
- Optimistic and positive attitude

Schedule: This role will be part-time, 24 hours/week or 3 days/week, including Saturdays.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
