We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to our team

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Create work orders based on customer issues and dispatches technicians.
- Create customer accounts within Smart Service.
- Oversee and maintain the petty cash box, ensuring accurate tracking, secure storage, and proper documentation of all cash transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate party.

**Knowledge, skills and abilities**
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Must be proficient in Quickbooks
- Must have experience with dispatching
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to deal with minor conflicts/complaints with tact and diplomacy; knows when to escalate difficult situations to a manager
- Excellent organizational skills; prioritizes and manages time well
- Strong problem solver
