**A day in the life of a Sales Associate**:
- Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate will generate sales by identifying and meeting customer needs
- Delivers excellent customer service that ensures sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Interacts with customers in a mindful manner
- Supports Store Manager on sales, reporting, tracking, and store merchandising
- Maintains store displays and merchandise
- Executes various store opening and closing tasks
- Complies with all health and safety standards and procedures, as well as with the establishment's rules and regulations
- Stays up to date on product features through training
**Good thing you have what it takes**:
- 2 years of retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to work with others
- Detail-oriented results-focused problem solver with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours, holidays, evenings and weekend periods, based on retail business needs as they arise
- 19 years of age or older
