**This is a high visiblity, customer service role.**

**Requirements**:

- Emergency Telecommunications Diploma or Degree/Diploma in Police Foundations, Criminology or Policing/Corrections/Military is required
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
- Valid First Aid/CPR Level C Certification

**Position Overview**:

- Working assigned shifts, you will be responsible for answering phones, monitoring CCTV, report writing and access control.
- You will be expected to interact with students, staff and members of the public to provide direction and promote good customer service while providing a security presence.
