- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and respectful environment
- Support with medication administration following proper protocols and documentation procedures
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning client’s living areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times
- Assist with dementia care strategies, including memory aids and behavioral support techniques
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Bengali is essential; proficiency in English is preferred
- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, medication administration, and working with people with disabilities is preferred
- Compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and patience
- Ability to perform caregiving duties including lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and following care plans
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Certification as a PSW or equivalent is an asset but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided if necessary

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per year
