We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Air & Ocean Import Coordinator to join our team as we grow our organization.

**ROLE**
- Manage booking, shipment routings, monitor movement of cargo with customers and carriers, to ensure shipments are handled and delivered efficiently and on time
- Trace shipments on a daily basis online and over the phone. Provide on-time updates to customers, follow up and respond promptly to enquiries, resolve issues
- Source carrier rates to complete client and agent rate requests and provide quotes and schedule information in a timely manner
- Open files and complete EManifest of LCL, FCL and consolidation shipments
- Issue invoices, accrue pending charges, update costs with agents and carriers
- Record pick-up, dispatch, invoicing and billing details in systems, maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention
- Build trust, confidence and relationships with our clients

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Under-graduate degree (preferably in a related field)
- 1 to 2 years’ Air / Ocean Import industry experience is required
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, accounting software)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proactive attitude with a customer-satisfaction focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical and time management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
