We have an extensive network of external academic and clinical experts who collaborate on studies that lie within their core areas of expertise.

We are looking to hire a junior level research analyst to support qualitative and survey-based observational studies, systematic reviews, and other health economic and epidemiologic research projects. We offer a comprehensive benefits and salary package.

The position is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities include:

- General research support
- Observational studies
- Experience with qualitative research methods, interviews, or focus groups
- Familiarity with qualitative analyses an asset
- Experience with survey-based research methods
- Systematic literature review and evidence synthesis projects
- Literature screening and data extraction
- Supporting design, implementation and analysis
- Contributing to
- Epidemiologic study design and models
- Economic models
- Statistical analysis and data visualization (dependent on experience and training)
- Scientific writing
- Assisting with client communications

**Education**:

- MSc or PhD in Epidemiology, Health Economics, Statistics, Biostatistics, or Public Health, or equivalent experience

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of health research experience in a consultancy or academic work capacity.
- Strong independent working skills
- Organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills, with the ability to work independently within a team environment as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
