In addition to his/her position as an operator, our knowledgeable Equipment Maintenance Technician will be the back up to the Electro-Mechanic.
**As our Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will**:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnose problems related to the various equipment. All front-line calls should be directed to the Equipment Maintenance Technician as a priority.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to the list pre-established by the Electro mechanic team leader.
- Communicate his/her diagnosis or hypothesis to the electromechanical team leader if the request is beyond his/her knowledge.
- Participate with the operator in line changes. Make sure that the operator has the right knowledge, and that the product is compliant at the start of production.
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
- Log problems and solutions to enable operators to be more efficient and in continuous training.
You have mechanical knowledge, good analytical skills, leadership skills and have great team spirit, as well as being able to communicate and collaborate as a team in a timely manner.
Must have a DEP in Production Equipment Operation or DEC in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
Please note that all applicants will be given a mechanical skills test by an external firm.

En plus de son poste d'opérateur, notre Technicien de maintenance des équipements sera le remplaçant de l'électromécanicien.
**En tant que Technicien de maintenance des équipements, vous devrez**
- Effectuer l'entretien, le dépannage et le diagnostic des problèmes liés aux différents équipements. Tous les appels de première ligne doivent être dirigés en priorité vers le technicien d'emballage.
- Effectuer l'entretien préventif selon la liste préétablie par le chef d'équipe électromécanique.
- Communiquer son diagnostic ou son hypothèse au chef d'équipe électromécanique si la demande dépasse ses connaissances.
- Participer avec l'opérateur aux changements de ligne. S'assurer que l'opérateur a les bonnes connaissances et que le produit est conforme au début de la production.
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement des équipements.
- Enregistrer les problèmes et les solutions pour permettre aux opérateurs d'être plus efficaces et en formation continue.
Vous avez des connaissances en mécanique, une bonne capacité d'analyse, des compétences en leadership et un grand esprit d'équipe, en plus d'être capable de communiquer et de collaborer en équipe de façon opportune.
Vous devez détenir un DEP en opération d'équipements de production ou un DEC en maintenance industrielle ou dans un domaine connexe.
