**ROLE OVERVIEW**

This role will oversee a high-energy team of Business Consultants/Practice Optimization & Sales Professionals. Our Head of Business Consulting will provide strategic oversight and hands-on expertise needed to deliver innovative technology, coupled with exceptional business consulting services. Our clients include med-spa and cosmetic healthcare clinics across North America, and our team ensures that their clinics have the technology and knowledge to achieve their business goals.

**Leadership of the Business Consulting/Practice Optimization Team**:
You will leverage knowledge of consulting best practices and lead Business Consultants ensuring they provide guidance in all aspects of business: client relations, operations, marketing, and process optimization. The Consulting team works closely with med-spa clinics to optimize the value of BoomerangFX technology and operate their practices with the highest level of efficiency and success.

**POSITION DETAILS**

**Business Consulting Leadership Functions: (70% of the role)**
- Lead Business Consultants providing remote/on-site business management consulting & training to medical clinic stakeholders.
- Ensure that Consultants act in the best interest of the client to increase revenues and minimize their costs by utilizing BoomerangFX software to its full potential and by implementing business best practices.
- Lead Consultants to assist Sales in closing the opportunity by presenting or analyzing business needs in sales discussions.
- Direct and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- As part of the leadership team, provide reports, recommendations and strategies for enhancement of the business consulting practice. Oversee development of new practice management consulting services, seminars, and publications.

**Sales Leadership Functions: (30% of the role)**
- In addition to leading the Business Consulting team, this role will provide mentorship & coaching to Sales Executives, ensuring that they reach their personal and corporate sales goals.
- Hold regular sales meetings and ensure that the team pulls together as a motivated and cohesive unit.
- Establish targets for the sales team and work with each sales executive to model sales best practices.
- As part of the leadership team, provide sales insights, sales strategic planning and sales reporting/recommendations.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- 5+ years’ experience in business consulting, ideally with a “Big Four” consulting firm.
- Proven ability to deploy consulting best practices in a wide range of client environments. Proven success in consulting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a business consulting capacity. Additional experience in sales management an asset.
- Previous experience in medical clinic operations or knowledge of the med-spa industry is an asset.

**NOTE: WE ARE LOCATED IN MISSISSAUGA AND TEAM MEMBERS WORK ON-PREMISE.**

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
