Primary Responsibilities
- Detail-oriented service manager to manage our service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. Handles service contracts and directs support services.
- Provide the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members.
- Ensure all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved utilizing engineering, manufacturing, and other teams as needed.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all industry standards and practices as well as the company's products and services.
- Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and goals are met.
- Oversees the scheduling and training of field service representatives.
**Requirements**:
Position Requirements
- Community College Technical Diploma (or equivalent) and/or Degree in Electronics.
- 5+ years of related experience in Repair environment
- Ability to liaise with customers with flexibility to respond to customer inquiries outside of normal business hours
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills (team player)
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to make independent decisions
- Attention to detail, deadlines and multi tasking
- Basic RF knowledge an asset
- System installation knowledge and/or experience an asset
