- Development leads efforts to promote and secure philanthropic support from alumni, donors, friends, corporations, and foundations
- Advancement Communications & Marketing works to promote and communicate alumni and donor messages along with direct marketing services for alumni and donor engagementUnder the direction and supervision of the Manager, Call Centre, the Call Centre Coordinator supports this mission by providing administrative and clerical support to the Call Centre. The incumbent a oversees workflow and works with the manager on all aspects of the Call Centre to ensure effective and efficient operations and excellent call quality with a focus on recruitment, retention, and day-to-day oversight of student staff. This includes coordinating workflow, arranging work schedules and reviewing work. Any personnel matters requiring attention are documented and brought to the attention of the Manager, Call Centre.

**Education**:
High School Graduation.

**Experience**:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role in Call Centre environment, including supervisory and administrative duties, preferably in an educational institution. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include databases (Excel and Access).

**Skills**:
Typing 40-45 wpm, accuracy essential. word processing using advanced features, computerized records system data entry and retrieval. demonstrated skill/ability in the following areas: attending accurately to detail, using discretion when dealing with confidential matters. tact and diplomacy essential. working well in a team environment. prioritizing tasks and demonstrating initiative. good organizational skills, obtaining and relaying information in a clear, concise and courteous manner. strong oral and written communication skills. pleasant telephone manner. proof-reading skills.
